Greensboro Pet Pantry

About Greensboro Pet Pantry

Helping local animal shelters get the supplies they need — when they need them most.

Why Greensboro Pet Pantry Exists

Local animal shelters do incredible work, often with limited resources. Food, blankets, toys, and basic supplies can make a huge difference in the daily lives of animals waiting for homes — but those needs don’t always arrive at the same time as funding.

Greensboro Pet Pantry was created to make it easier for people in the community to come together and support specific, real needs at local shelters. Instead of broad donations, campaigns focus on clear goals so donors know exactly how their support is helping.

How It Works

  • Shelter-focused campaigns are created for specific needs like food, blankets, toys, or medical supplies.
  • Donations go toward clear goals, making it easy to see progress and impact.
  • Secure payments through Stripe ensure donations are handled safely and transparently.

A Student-Led Community Project

Greensboro Pet Pantry is run by a local high school student who cares deeply about animals and the community. What started as a small service project has grown into a way to bring people together around helping animals in need.

While this project also supports service learning, the heart of Greensboro Pet Pantry is simple: making it easier to help animals live healthier, more comfortable lives while they wait for permanent homes.

Every Contribution Matters

Whether it’s a few dollars or a full campaign goal, every contribution helps provide comfort, care, and hope to animals who need it.
